Vista sp1 update

Compaq laptop with Vista, Recent Microsoft update sp1 downloaded and installed. I trusted it because it was an update from Microsoft. Upon installing I lost my sound. Had to roll back my computer. which still didn't solve it. Had to find the driver on the internet to reinstall my sound files.Be careful.

This is an old issue with Vista SP1.. Microsoft has a whole article about it!
