how can i make a bootable cd means for example windows 98 cd when we insert it and boot up the computer then we get a menu regarding to windows 98 installation process . like this can i make a bootable cd to open other ms dos application means suppose i have kgen98 (sega genesis emulator) which is a dos program and i wanna to boot up my computer and open that kgen98 program and run it without loading ms-windows i tried to understand autorunexec.bat file but i couldnt so help in this subject
