Windows XP LIP

Hi guys,

A while ago I changed my windows XP language using the MS original LIP service to show FARSI menus and dialogue contents.
It proved very inconvenient and I wanted to return to the default English version but of course did not know how to?
Could anybody help me please. Just please be advised that it is not just the regional settings, the look of windows is actually Persian and all the menus and dialogue boxes are Farsi.
