trouble Vista User Not Wanted

I have user- Owner.Bobby-PC .......which i want to keep as the main owner.
I have user- Owner.Bobby-PC.Bobby-PC ...........which i don't want .

I have tried taking ownership of the Owner.Bobby-PC.Bobby-PC user folder and given myself full control over it . I have copied everything out of Owner.Bobby-PC.Bobby-PC ....and put it into Owner.Bobby-PC .
With full permission i can't get rid of the folder . I tried the individual folders in it and they still will not all delete . Some of the single files will not go and so i gave myself full control of them , but they still say i don't have permission to get rid of them .
I went as far into this folder as possible and took over the ownership and am still getting the ...you don't have permission .....message even though i gave myself permission .
I did not make this user--folder and am not sure how it got there .
Any ideas on getting rid of Owner.Bobby-PC.Bobby-PC ?

I think you need to remove the User Bobby-PC.Bobby-PC from the control panel Users options. That should remove the folders associated with that User.

It's not in the control panel user accounts , it's only on the c drive directory .
