Unexpected Restart

I just switched my hard drive from a Compaq Presario 5000 to a Presario 5300. i'm running Windows ME. The computer keeps rebooting for no apparent reason. HELP!

restart

dear,

pl run win in safe mode and delete all above system driver after installing 2nd system driver
