Default Installing Windows XP 32 bit over Windows Vista 64 bit

I am contemplating the purchase of:
Computers: Laptops: Toshiba Satellite 13.3" Laptop featuring Intel Pentium Dual Core T2390 (U400-08U) - Bilingual | Best Buy Canada Web Store

However noticed that it runs Windows Vista 64 bit...

Would I be able to follow the guide in this forum and install Windows XP 32 bit (with SP2) over top (or along side) this Windows Vista 64 bit and have it run with 'no problems' or should I look for another laptop??

Thanks!
