How do I remove this trojan from my harddrive. I have removed it from programs, processes and shortcuts but it keeps reappearing.

You can use any of the Free Anti-spyware software to remove it or use Manual instructions below.

First Through Task Managed Kill following processes:
UltraAV.exe


Then Delete these registry keys:
Make sure you backup your Registry before.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\UltraAV
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall\UltraAV
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run "ANTIVIRUS"
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run "ANTIVIRUS"

Then Delete following files:

c:\\Program Files\\UltraAV\\UltraAV.cpl
c:\\Program Files\\UltraAV\\UltraAV.exe
c:\\Program Files\\UltraAV\\UltraAV.ooo
c:\\Program Files\\UltraAV\\UltraAV0.dat
c:\\Program Files\\UltraAV\\UltraAV1.dat
c:\\Program Files\\UltraAV\\Uninstall.exe release_unreg.exe

Finally delete this directory:

c:\Program Files\UltraAV
