How to install a codec
Hello, i have a codec in my system with (filename.ax ) that was imported from another system, now i want to install that codec in my system. Is there anybody have an idea on how to install a codec

Hi Anand,
1. Copy filename.ax file in your system32 folder usually at C:\WINDOWS\system32
2. Click on Start -> Run...
3. To install the file, type: regsvr32 filename.ax
4. You should receive a message saying that your file was successfully installed.
