To prevent phishing attacks vulnerability in Internet Explorer Disable Active Scripting support.
Start Internet Explorer
Tools
->
Internet Options
-> select
Security
tab
Select
Internet
Web content zone and then click
Custom Level
button
In the
Settings
box, scroll down to the
Scripting
section
Click
Disable
under
Active scripting
and click
OK

The part of the restet to part for me was High, i changed it to Medium, just like the pic, is there a problem with that?
EDIT : I had to change it back to it's old format because i couldn't access a lot of sites after i changed it even hotmail.
