Microsoft Corporation

How to configure firewall settings in Microsoft ISA servers.

My own comment on this is to configure firewall settings to allow only the places they need for work and this will stop all the other issues as well as lost time from checking offsite emails and stuff!

I concur with Lurkswithin, block everything that is not work related.

The best deterent to stop people abusing company bandwith, is to fire / sack an offender...

So true!...once the employees finally realize that there will be no breech of company policy without dire consequences...it becomes much easier in dealing with IT support issues!

The solution I gave to you all ready from the Microsoft link. in this thread.

Use the firewall configuration settings to block any website that you wish to block.
