Default full recovery

I just did a full system recovery on my computer with the factory recovery disk, and now my computer will not boot. I keep getting a "NTRLD is missing press ctl+alt+del to restart" message. What did i do wrong and how can i fix this?

Default changing RAM

How do I set the BIOS to accept a DDR400 RAM card instead of the DDR333 that is in it now?

the limit on RAM that a computer accepts is limited by the hardware, specifically the motherboard. list the model and company, it is likely it does not support it.

If it is simply a bus speed setting this can usually be done manually or automatically.
