Forgotten User Password

Good Morning

I protected my laptop (window xp home sp2) with a password which I have forgotten, I used the method F8 to boot up in safe mode but even in safe mode it still requires username and password!!!!

Can you help?

There is a utility in The Ultimate Boot CD
to reset ntfs (winxp) password.
