if you are still unable to delete temp files in your windows using unlocker... you can try running disk cleanup..

1. Go to Start
2. Run, type cleanmgr, press enter.
3. Select drive c:
4. Check the following:
Temporary Internet Files
Temporary Files
Recycle Bin

5. Click OK

Boom... that's it...
I hope this works....

You can save your self a lot of frustration prior to downloading a software solution.

Often Windows only needs a bit of discombobulation, so try this trick. On c:\ make a nonsense folder, like "The tomb."

Take the offending file and transfer [drag] it to this new folder...ta da...gone from its previous position. As long as Windows still thinks it is on the drive somewhere it will leave it alone.

Let all the movable files accumulate there and then delete the bunch following the next reboot.
