I am not very good with the programming part of the computer. My computer won’t open anything I click on. I tried to install Malware bites’ Anti-Malware but I can’t even open the program. All I get is the hour glass like it’s going to open then nothing. If I have to wipe out my computer is there a way to get my information off of my computer?
