Computer Wont Open Any Programs
 

I am not very good with the programming part of the computer. My computer won’t open anything I click on. I tried to install Malware bites’ Anti-Malware but I can’t even open the program. All I get is the hour glass like it’s going to open then nothing. If I have to wipe out my computer is there a way to get my information off of my computer?

In RUN type MSCONFIG and select startup, Disable all the programs and restar the PC and try again..
Seems like something is not allowing you to run EXE files.

first, make sure your system is completely clean from virus .....
somethimes your system is clean but the effects from virus are still
remain on your pc ....that would do unusual behavior
if your pc is clean from such virus and virus effects you need to try
registry machenic software
or hijack this software

that will help you to make your computer normally....
