Laptop Blue screen

Hello my name is Roger. My boss gave me a computer to work with. Verison connected the pc and I was online. I decided to uninstall hotmail messanger and when the pc booted up the screen turned blue and I can not get online.
I can't beleive I did so much damage by uninstalling the Messanger.
Thank you so much
Roger

You need to get the Blue Screen error message before we can help you.

You can get that by doing this:

Right mouse click on the My Desktop icon, select Properties / Advanced / Startup and Recovery / Settings / System Failure untick Automatically restart...

Then post it back here and we can help you...

Your double posting again, please keep all of your queries in the one thread THIS ONE.

Go into Safe Mode, and do what I told you do in the above post.

I can see either a repair install, or a complete format reinstall coming up tho'...

there is no Icon on my desk top that says (my desk top Icon) so how can I right click on it? if you tell me another way to get to this propertey settings maybe then I could fo into the options and fix them so this blue screen will go away. Thank you please stop telling me the same thing.I need to get this fixed. Thank you please understand what is happeneing here. I can go to run in my start up menu and type something that would get me to the properties edit.

Do this if you cannot get into safe mode (which I find hard to believe you have tried):
  1. Go to Start / Control Panel / System
  2. Go to Advanced
  3. Under the Startup and Recovery section, click Settings...
  4. Under System Failure un-check "Automatically restart"
This is the last time I will tell you...
