AVG Antivirus

I am running a computer with windows XP. I use AVG to remove viruses but I got one that it won't remove. It just comes up with an error when I try to remove it. Do you know how to fix this?

As you never said what the virus's name is. It appears you are expecting a miracle to happen with your limited amount of info, god does miracles apparently, unfortunately I cannot.

Find out the name of the virus and go here to Norton's website and search for the name and variants. They have full removal instructions there...

so why can you not name the virus. That way others can see what is going on. That is what a forum is about!
