Question Windows Error Message


Hello Sir

I have personal computer with internet connection. For the past few days when i open my partition like c: d: e: f: in some folders if i move the cursor up and down it shows the error message

"WINDOWS EXPLORER HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE"

if i close this message all folders will closed automatically. I can't use the folders.

please give me a solution

This problem can be solved either by disabling script debugging or updating the Pdm.dll file. Go to your product (operating system) web site to update your version of the Pdm.dll file and download the updates for the Pdm.dll files.
Other method to avoid this error is to disable the script debugging in Internet Explorer. Follow these steps:
1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. Click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
3. Go to browsing section -- Advanced tab and then click to select the Disable script debugging (If 2 boxes are there, check both of them).
4. Click OK, and then restart your system.
