Windows 7 béta and Vista

I have a HP Laptop with VISTA.

I installed Windows 7 Béta and now I wan't to recover to Vista but I can't find de recover file on my laptop. What must I do to reïnstall Vista. I have no CD, the only thing I hav is my recoverfile on my laptop. I see the map, the map is empty but there is something in the map.
Can somebody help me?
