Default Sharing Folder of My Computer in Windows

Sharing Folders in My Computer.

In the Windows 'My Computer' program there is a Sharing Folder. It is said, as its name implies, 'files shared between contacts.'

Please tell me the function of this folder here.

It's a folder shared to others on your network.
If you have a file you want to share on your network, you can place in in that folder and the other computer can access that folder. This allows you to share foles acroxx your network without giving access to all your files.

If you would like to turn off this feature read the instructions here, for win xp.
