Default My Acer Extensa, Windows Vista, Lost Sound

Been here for the last few days with this ''lost Sound'' problem.
Tried all suggested methods but in vain.
Finally got this notification
''Windows Driver Foundation - User Mode Driver Framework Host
Process stopped working and was closed.''
That means my pc cannot be installed with a Sound Driver !

Tried to Back Up files and got this message: ''Back Up cannot be done.
Class not Registered (0X80040154).

Please tell me what I should do now. Thank you.

Also tell me : (1) how to go to Factory Default,
(2) what steps to open Windows again

Or, is there any possibility for you to take over control and fix the error by remote.
Am a old male and have looked at girly pictures. Beyond that me have nothing to hide.
Thanks and Cheers.

Default Lost Sound in Acer Extensa Windows Vista

Sami Sir, that was a comprehensive reply to my request for help.
Thank you. Already downloaded a sound driver from Acer, as guided by Dominic of your team. Installed it and was told it is ''ready for use''.
However, another window lurked behind it that said, ''Windows Driver Foundation -- User Mode Driver Framework Host Process stopped working and was closed''.
From this i guessed my pc cannot take on any sound installation.
Therefore, hit upon the idea of going to Factory Default and working my way through and also learning a new experience, on the way.
Nevertheless, Dominic has graciously offered to help me and am prepared to accept his offer 'at my own risk'.
If all goes well, 'Thank ye God' and if something goes wrong, it is again 'Thank ye God, for the new lesson'.
Thanks and Cheers, Sir, you are indeed worthy of your position.
