Default method of Opening a File

Method of Opening a File

A short cut Icon is on Desk Top. On the screen, on the monitor.
If this is double clicked it opens the file. The program comes on the screen/monitor.
Ok, if this is Right clicked, a popup comes with 'Open' bolded and many other options on offer. the 'open' is clicked and the program opens on the screen/monitor.
