im not able to hear any songs from head phone. but i have connected correctly. i have installed audio drivers also... any answers from ur side?

What type of computer is this ?
How are you connecting the headphones? USB? Front audio Jack? Rear audio Jack?
Did you check device manager to see if the drivers installed properly?
Did you check the audio properties in control panel to make sure there is no mute checked or that it is actually enabled?

Is it a laptop? It's not uncommon for the jack to become damaged, then the audio chip will not detect the headset connected.

Also as Lurkwithin suggested check the levels and make sure none of the devices are muted in the payback device list.
