How to shut-down or restart a PC using remote on Windows Xp?

Many people think that computers can't be restarted or turned-off from another computer using remote session(mstsc). But actually it can be done in a very easy way. Just follow the following the steps.
1. Establish a remote session with a computer.
2. Open the task manager of that computer.
3. On the menu bar you will see an option "Shutdown". Click the button and you will see many options there. Click the option of your choice.
4. The remote connection will be automatically terminated and will restart or shutdown or log-off, whatever you have chosen.
