When you navigate to Windows Explorer then you hear the click sound. If you want to disable this then you can do this easily:

1) click on Start button
2) click on Control Panel
3) Find out Sounds and Audio Devices
4) Click on the Sounds tab
5) Scroll through the Programs list until you find "Start Navigation"
6) Select Start Navigation
7) With Start Navigation selected, open the drop down menu under the "Sounds:" category and select "None"
Click OK
