I want to reinstall Windows Xp soon, as I got a virus and after cleaning the computer doesn't work as smooth as before. I gives some strange erros and sometimes it justs hangs up... I want to backup Outlook Express emails and settings before reinstall, and restore afterwards. Any help?

Ok here's what you need to do.

1. Open OE
2. Go to TOOLS > OPTIONS
3. When the dialogue box open, click on the MAINTENANCE tab
4. Click on STORE FOLDER and remember where your stored folder is.
5. Browse to that folder and copy the whole folder to a safe drive on your PC or create a backup to anywhere you want as long as you can remember it.
6. Take some deep breathes while it's getting copied cos that's just about it.
