I am getting a message each time I try to connect to internet explorer.
Encountered a problem and must shut down.

I have also received a blue screen and it shut down, then when it started again I received the following messages:

C:\DOCUME~1\kglanton\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERe3e4.dir00\M ini081308-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\kglanton\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERe3e4.dir00\s ysdata.xml

Clean your computer and if you still have any issues post back again and we will go from there

delete all temp files in your computer.
Go to run type %temp% and press enter key.

Select all files and press delete key.
