Default Windows Crashing

Hi,
I just reinstall windows XP to a new mobo recently. I have a problem where error appears asking me to remove recently installed hardware.

I am not sure whether it is a mobo problem or an XP OS problem.

How to troubleshoot this kind of error

Sounds like XP wants a new activation for the hardware change.

Now I notice that I have fewer crashes if I create a new windows user account. If I still use an old user account, and do browsing in IE, the crashes will be more often.

How to trouble shoot.....
