When I used to play games on a computer, I used to like playing Gunship, Defender Of The Crown, Zak McKrakan on the Commodore 64c. On the Amiga 500 I had Defender Of The Crown, Marble Madness, and a couple more I cant remember.

I have some open source games on my two computers here, FreeCiv and Scorched3D but I do not get enough time to play them. Not enough hours in the day...

PONG would have to be the most clasic. I think it was the first as a lot of games were sued for copyright infringements concerning the use of the basic user controlled paddles and the computer controlled object patents in basic form.......just substitute paddles for hocky sticks for Hocky or paddles for players for Football and you see the underlying basics that caused Motorola to sue all the game makers in the mid 1970's

I liked Pong but played Centipede and Space Invaders Now all the games that are out..I can't play as they mostly make me ill....I love online chess!

Defender of the crown was not that much interesting...

yup thats true...If ping pong were played in the middle of the air without a table, and the ball was slow and red, this would be a lot like ping pong....i like using online...

Either pong or break. Pong becuase it is so simple to program (some of the first lessons in programing) break becuase it too is simple.
