Have Dell desktop. Disable video adaptor to load the correct driver. Shutdown in order for the computer to ash me to install new hardware. Because there is no longer a video adaptor, windows will not load. Message no video adaptor available.

you will need to get into windows somehow, safe mode, another hard drive, something. When dealing with video it is not enough to disable something, it must be uninstalled. A disabled video driver, card, or adapter is treated a there not being one at all, while an uninstalled item will tell windows to use defaults and make it work, then once back in you can isntall proper drivers and other software.
