trouble Unable to access links in e-mail

All the links in e-mail or any other place will not respond. I wanted to buy a hot deal but when I clicked on "go here to buy" nothing happens.
I have an hp pavilion and windowsXP and it is 18 months old. I called a tech company,he came to my house four times and still couldn't repair my hp. I called again an requested another tech, he wasn't able to repair my hp either. I need help, badly. Thanks Donna

Hi Donna,

Welcome to SysChat, did you mean your links are not working from outlook express or outlook then this question has been answered here.

Outlook Express - web links don't work

Or if it is something else please clarify.

Hello Donna! Welcome to Syschat =)
Why don't you give Mozilla Thunderbird a try? I'm sure eventually you'll feel more comfortable with it other than with Outlook Express.

While you are sorting this problem out, you can right-click most links and select copy link, then paste in into the address bar of your browser to go to the page the link points to
*More information to solve the problem would be nice, (eg: program links fail in, your default browser)
