To shut down another pc with link

i want to ask some body....
how i can shut down or control another pc with another pc...all pc in my office have a link to server...

To just shutdown there are windows commands you can make us of like
(Microsoft Corporation)

To control another windows you can use windows RDP feature (Windows XP: Remote Desktop Connection Software Download)

or you can use other software's like
PC Anywhere
Gotomypc
RealVNC
TightVNC
