stubborn blank files and active x
 

I have downloaded a few registry cleaners and nothing has worked I have about 8 file folders that are blank and wont me delete. A lot of them are from limewire which I have deleted but cant seem to delete these leftovers a few examples of the files are active x and some read as zedo[1].txt or tribalfusion[1].txt. What can I do to get rid of these things? Also, is there a special download to completely remove limewire? I noticed Kazaa by the way I have windows vista
