remove vista

I work for 17 docs, the new laptops have vista have a multiple lic for windows xp. can i remove vista a use our xp lic. the copy is on cd as well as on the server. any instructions

Be Warned: Xp Has No Raid Or Sata Drivers During Setup! This Is Very Problematic. Make Sure You Know 100% What You Are Doing Or You will Encounter Massive Problems.
