Default problem in coping a file in win vista/7


In windows vista/windows 7 how to paste some new file in following directory
"C:\Windows\winsxs\Manifests" it gives following error message
"Destination folder access denied"............."you need permission to perform the action"....what should i do .........what permission i need to seek and from where.........if u could help please post ur answers on my email [email protected]
