Default PC restarts When Play Video File all Formats

Whenever I try to play any video file (all formats) on my machine, my machine restarts.

I don’t have any idea how it’s happening but it’s very irritating .

I tried doing the below stuff, but still issue persists .
“Right click My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced tab -> Settings button (StartUp and Recovery)-> uncheck Automatically Restart”

It also give me blue screen with below error before restarting.

"A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software, Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode toremove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options, and select safe mode.
