Please follow the steps to uninstall or repair Out Look express

1. Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs -> select Add Remove Windows Components.

2. There you will see the Out Look Express

After uninstalling Express, you might consider downloading Mozilla Thunderbird.

By all accounts it is a safer and more robust e-mail reader than Outlook.

Has more feature too than Express.

You can also install Microsoft Outlook. It is pretty much the same as Outlook Express.

I used to use outlook express, than we got a package that had outlook on it, and I like regular outlook so much more than express.
