norton 360 error message 9999.171
 

When I reinstalled my norton 360 v 2, I get the error message 9999.171. After I have downloaded and run Norton removal tool, I tried reinstalling norton 360. According to Symantec website, during installation, I should uncheck " Go back" option. However, this option was not available during installation. Instead, Norton 360 continued installing until I get the same error message 9999.171. How do I solve this problem?
