Delete my vista computer won't boot up


ok. my vista computer won't boot up or start up all the way. it just goes as far as the "microsoft corporation" load. after that, there is just a dark blue screen and the mouse. it won't boot up and i really need it to and i have tried unplugging it and restarting it. it won't work. please help.

can you move the mouse cursor around?
Have you tried starting in safe mode?
restart you r computer and toggle the F8 key immediately until you get the start page. Choose the option to start in safe mode and see if it will start then. when it boots to safe mode it will be your desktop and have safe mode in the corners.
