I can't download anything off the Microsoft website it takes me to a page can not be displayed thing. Any fixes

worked for me just fine.
What browser are you using, if it's ff you may want to be sure you are allowing scripts on the MS site as there are many of them, but they are not malicious... yet, lol.

I think you are having problems with your Internet Explorer's security settings which is restricting you from downloading the files.

Try Firefox
