Someone wants to sell me a LP X120 notebook for $150. Is this a good deal or bad?

Thank you Sami; I will purchase it. Now I will have to figure out where to get a manual as it does not come with one, and I am not proficient or confident enough just to 'mess' with it to figure it all out!
