Default Laptop keyboard

My laptop keyboard suddenly started playing up.

The following keys : jkl;m,poiu are now either numbers or the wrong letter.

I have removed the driver and reinstalled it on start up.

I removed the last program that was updated prior to this happening
I did the Fn amd SCrLk lock thing and still have the same problem.

I can use an external keyboard with out issue plugged in to the USB point.

Nothing has been spilt on the keyboard.

Any help much appreciated

Thanks
