install win 98

I have a portege 3110ct with no floppy or CD rom how do I go about installing win 98 or winXP. thanks

just search at tutorial section about installing without floppy or cd-rom, instruction step by step is there...by williams. http://www.syschat.com/install-windo...py-cd-463.html
