How to send extra large attachments in Outlook Express?

Today sending emails has become one of the cheapest and easy modes of communication. It does not matter if we are at workplace or at home we send mails for almost everything. At many situations we need to attach something with the mail and then send it.

Few years back attachment of 25MB was just a dream but now its quite easy with any service provider like yahoo, gmail etc. At workplace almost every one of us use outlook express. The following steps will help you in doing the same.

Step 1: Open Outlook Express.
Step 2: Click on Tools and then navigate to Accounts and open Internet Accounts window.
Step 3: Click on Main tab, and select the mail account that is in use.
Step 4: Click on properties after selecting the mail account.
Step 5: A dialog box will open up, Click on the Advanced tab.
Step 6: Under the Sending heading, select the option for Break apart messages larger than, and select a suitable upper limit.
Step 7: Click on Apply.
Step 8: Click on OK.

After doing this Outlook will break all the mails which has attachment more than 20MB. The recipient will receive the mail in parts and when the attachment is downloaded it automatically combines it into a single one.

Try it and send mails with even bigger attachments.
