You will need to install a program like Net Nanny or another such filter program to stop people using your PC to goto websites you dont want them to.

This program can block specific words of websites from being accessed by your computer and can be turned of totally with a password.

If you don't trust the person on the computer either sit and watch them or don't let them online. :P

Here's the solution for Internet Explorer .

Go into Internet Properties -> Content Tab and then under content advisor enable the option .

This tab shall allow you to control access of various websites .
