The ministry was donated an HP 533 w with ZP home on it. It won't do anything. Has passwords on it, and no way to find previous owner.

Would like to format the hard drive and install windows 2000 pro (i own the disk). The computor is to be donated to a person in dire need.

Boot to the 2000 disk and you can format the hard drive.

You could also format the drive with the Ultimate Boot CD.

Then boot to the 2000 disk and install.
