Default Does Linux Have A Simple Simulated OS?

I am ignorant of Linux and was wondering if Linux users have any simulated operating systme they can install over Linux that can make it as simple as a Mac?

It seems like if someone was able to create something like this, it might help bring Linux to the massess. What's your opinions?
