Default creating dvd of size greater then 4.7Gig

Hi

I am creating dvd for my photos. I am using two software Easy creator v8
and Pinicla v9. I have created a slide shows for my photos. When I put all slide show together, it capacity is now about 7gig.

I went out and bought DVD of capacity around 8gig.

But when I try to burn my dvd, I only get option to burn dvd of size 4.7gig.

How do I go buring information on dvd larger then 4.7gig.

Please could someone help.

many thank

Check that your DVD drive is capable of burning dual layer discs.
Some older drives, particularly in laptops are only single layer (4.7gb) burning capable.
