computer class questions

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and about as low-tech as you can be. I'm taking a course unrelated to computers, however, there are some computer questions involved. I was hoping some of you folks might be some help.

1) Name eight sources from which userscan learn more about computers, and identify the types of learning resources that are available on the internet.

2) Describe and comparethe three basic ways in which software designers enable users to enter commands into computers.
