I was wondering if they made some sorta device (battery or A/C) that allows you to open a CD Drive that is not plugged into a computer (too lazy to use paperclip)

Stop wondering, they have not made such a device...

I've seen one online... It was on a UK website.

If you have seen one then, go and get it.

You can put it in an enclosure but paper clips are cheaper.

If you buy some brands of cd / dvd players / burners they supply a pin to open them up if you have no power...
